BALL JOINT

Our bodies are made up of many joints. Joints help us move more dynamically and flexibly, which reduces the impact. The ball joint is similar to the joint of vehicle suspension. It is connected between the control arm and the steering knuckle.

With the ball joint inserted, the vehicle suspension unit has a wide range of motion. The function of the ball joint is to make the suspension components move in all directions, not just in one direction. These movements disperse the influence on the car. They enable the driver to drive the car with maximum comfort and safety

★ Strong Surface Treatment

JIASHENG has electro deposition coating comparable to the OE level to prevent rust from reducing durability.

★ Plastic Seat

JIASHENG uses a plastic ball seat. Low friction damage and low variation in torque and clearance can keep performance long.

★ Hard & Soft Ball Stud

JIASHENG reduces the surface roughness of the ball through the burnishing process, making the ball smooth.
